What's your sign? Who had a great holiday weekend? Raise your hand. My hand is waving high, and my heart is full of love and gratitude, and my stomach is filled with too many burgers and dogs. But hey, it wouldn't be a holiday weekend without a bit of overindulgence, right? However, some of us were deeply missing our loved ones who have 'moved up’ to heaven, myself included. On holidays our hearts weigh a little heavier. Yesterday, I was missing my Jena. She moved up on 12/4/2006 at the age of 13. For 17 years she usually sends a quick 'hello' with a penny, a song, or the number 13 or 313. Yesterday, I had stopped at a store and she was weighing heavily on my mind. I opened my car door, and there was a blue letter J. Her favorite color was blue. Her nickname was "J" Coincidence? No, I do not believe in them. It was my Jena stopping by to say hello to her mom. I'm sure some of you were missing a loved one during the holiday weekend, too. Would you mind sharing below who your departed loved one is and what their sign to you is? It would help others who are hurting to know they are not alone and that love never ends. Bless you, all my fabulous friends!

Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disease. People with CF have inherited two copies of the defective CF gene — one copy from each parent. Both parents must have at least one copy of the defective gene. #CFAwarenessMonth

We recently agreed to provide up to $15.5M to Anagram Therapeutics to conduct clinical trials of a novel enzyme replacement therapy that would help improve the digestion of people with #cysticfibrosis. Anagram expects to start a Phase 1 trial this summer. on.cff.org/3U7H4A0
