@goodr love your glasse, but I have one small complaint. The screw on one of my Goodr Amelia Earhart's fell out (out of warranty). Customer service said nothing they can do to replace it. In the name of sustainability, you should at least let us order a replacement screw 🙏

@goodr I have no idea what these glasses will be like but your customer service absolutely sucks. In what world does it take a week to reply? And then when you do, it takes another several days to reply again? Mind you, my only reply was via Twitter. I’ve had 3 emails out for 7 days
