Attackers expect blind spots. We see everything. Zero Trust. Full visibility. Real defense. Watch how we shut threats down. @Akamai #MythMadness bit.ly/4iGjDJE

@AccidentalCISO Check out ZoHo. They have free service and can gradually increase the services with decent pricing

I have a family member that wants a custom email domain for personal use (multiple users likely). What services are good for this without going all the way to M365 or Google Workspace? They are going to need easy to manage.

Microsoft Azure Cloud Outage Grounds Major Airlines ✈️☁️ Today, a significant failure in Microsoft’s Azure cloud services led to an extensive outage, affecting numerous users and organizations across sectors, including airlines. The outage, starting around 6 PM ET, disrupted service management operations and connectivity in the Central US, impacting airline booking and check-in systems. #Microsoft #AzureOutage #CloudComputing The immediate impact was severe, with major airlines like United, Delta, and American Airlines issuing a global ground stop on all flights due to "communication issues." Pilots reported system failures, preventing any aircraft from taking off, while low-cost carriers like Frontier, Allegiant, and SunCountry faced significant disruptions. Frontier canceled 147 flights and delayed 212 others, Allegiant had 45% of its flights delayed, and SunCountry experienced a 23% delay rate. #Airlines #TravelDisruption The situation worsened due to a recent CrowdStrike update, believed to contribute to global technical failures, including the notorious "blue screen of death" on Windows PCs. This compounded issues for airlines reliant on IT infrastructure. Microsoft acknowledged the problem and worked to reroute impacted traffic to restore services. #CyberSecurity #TechUpdate As the situation unfolded, travelers were stranded at airports, facing a lack of communication from airline staff about flight statuses. The FAA closely monitored the situation and lifted the ground stop once Microsoft resolved the outage later that evening. This incident underscores the vulnerabilities of depending on cloud services for critical operations, particularly in aviation, where timely communication and operational efficiency are crucial. #CloudReliability #AviationSafety References: [1] nypost.com/2024/07/19/tec… [2] economictimes.indiatimes.com/tech/technolog… [3] abc7chicago.com/post/microsoft… [4] themirror.com/news/us-news/b… [5] economist.com/business/2024/…

@MachE_VLOG @Ford @FordMustang I called today, guess what, they say sales person agrees to fix, so I should reach out to the dealership. Last thing dealership tells me that this is Ford responsibility. If I can resolve this with the dealership, I wouldn't need to contact form...hmm...

@MachE_VLOG @Ford @FordMustang I didn't. Thanks for suggesting. I will call them. I did only online chat, mutiple trip/calls/sms to dealership and twitter. I thought from Facebook group suggest that Twitter was effective but was disappointed that they have no interest in resolving anything
