Our Traffic Officers are en-route to a collision on the #A34 northbound in #Oxfordshire just after #Didcot (#A4130).
There's a 20 minute delay in the area with 3 miles of congestion.

@EAHelp Sorry, I gave up last night as I was too frustrated. I have tried this now on three different machines and browsers, cleared caches on them all, and used incognito mode. This is the message I get every.single.time.

@StarbucksUK I was in the Barton Stacey services yesterday, topped up my card (card had a bit on it already but not enough) and went to pay - a portion of the bill was paid (more than the amount that was on the card pre-topup) and the account balance was 0. 1/2
