@toby_barker you lost fans tonight. I brought fans from out of town and you towed them and about 30 others while cheering on the Eagles!! To the Top brother!

At one time, we used cameras to capture life as it happened—moments of joy, unforgettable experiences, and the people who mattered most. Now, we curate our lives for the camera, crafting an image to impress people online. Instead of preserving memories, we manufacture moments. Instead of living in the moment, we stage it. Last week at the beach, Courtney and I watched a group of folks stage picture after picture for hours—and then they left. They never actually played volleyball; they just made it look like they did. They weren’t really swimming; they just got in the water long enough for the perfect shot. They weren’t really laying out to enjoy the sun; they just posed for a few minutes before packing up and leaving. I was sad for them. Life isn’t meant to be staged. The most meaningful moments aren’t the ones we post—they’re the ones we truly experience. Don’t trade real connection for digital validation. Be present. Look people in the eyes, not just through a screen. Embrace the moment, not just the picture of it. At the end of the day, the best memories aren’t the ones with the perfect lighting and the right filter—they’re the ones that fill your heart long after the camera is put away.

Two bricklayers were hard at work. A passerby stopped and asked the first, "What are you doing?" The man wiped the sweat from his brow and said, "I'm laying bricks." The passerby nodded and walked over to the second man, asking the same question. The second bricklayer paused, smiled, and said, "I'm building a cathedral." Both were doing the same task, but only one saw the bigger purpose. In our work, it’s easy to focus on the task, the paycheck, or the deadlines. But when we remember why we work—to serve God, to build something that matters, to shape lives with integrity—our perspective shifts. It’s not about the job title or the salary. It’s about the heart we bring, the integrity we uphold, and the purpose behind it all. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" Colossians 3:23 You're not just working a job. You're building something that matters for eternity.

80 years ago, nearly 73,000 U.S. troops landed on Normandy — some by parachute, some by glider, and some by boat. For most of them, it was the first time they would step foot on the European continent. For many, it would also be the last. This day, we remember them all.

@benjamin_ficken is a coaches player. Wants to grow, wants to get better. He’s got sneaky strength and deceptive speed. Won’t have a better guy in the dugout than Fick!
Jack Murphy@murphy87144

Hit some BP last night with @benjamin_ficken Kid puts a great swing on the ball and gets down to first in a hurry from the left side of the box. A player to look out for. Will post a video of some action if he likes and comments @JosephClearman @ATBahm @ZacharyFielder
