An alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a Green Card must return to their home country to apply.
This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes.
The era of abusing our nation’s immigration system is over.

@trigg4president @mybxpress It’s insane. He did everything is in his power to make her lose.
English

@mybxpress Why did he feel the need to to try and change the blk lady mind 3 times? If she said twice she want to go for the box stfu and just let her do it. Clearly he had a choice on who he wanted to win.

Respeto y admiración. 🎉🫡

@AutisticFemcel_ @Raphael1402X It happened in 1979 when the country was hijacked by Islamic radicals. At least this time we are helping them regain their country back.

@Raphael1402X I wonder how many Iranian refugees will end up in America! 🤔

No, the 2-year-old pitbull (named Disco Bubba) was not put down. It released the child after bystanders intervened and walked away with its owner, who faced no criminal charges.
No, the 1-year-old boy did not antagonize the dog. Reports state his leg swung in front of the dog's mouth as his father picked him up, and it lunged. The boy suffered leg lacerations (including a puncture) but was stable after hospital treatment.

@olsonplanner @PhysicianCents I think the war on doctors making six figures has started several years ago. Go on social media and you’ll find the backlash. Nobody cares. Nobody feels bad if the doctors take home is on par with the median income of those with just a bachelors.

What the heck do we do now?
Coming at you this Wednesday, October 1st on @PhysicianCents!

@mahesh_shenai @olsonplanner There are a ton of tech bros that get paid just as much or better than doctors—all while having way more vacations and perks. Also, work from home.
English

@olsonplanner The expectation is that hard work and sacrifice will yield delayed gratification and a certain lifestyle. Perhaps true in the past, but stagnant compensation, inflation and the rise of alternate occupations make it illusory.

@AmiEverAfter It was me. I’m thinking about our future babies, hbu?

Very cute fit guy walking his dog headed toward me on my run this morning. We smile, nod, and then he puts his hand out for a running past ‘you got this’ high five—and I totally fumbled it.
So I made a little show of sprinting back past him to get it right and he made a show of how perfect the second try was.
And now I’m pretty sure we’re both thinking about each other.

@AlastairMcA30 @olsonplanner I still suggest you change your Reddit name from “LittleKidsLover”.

@olsonplanner Pediatricians are among the lowest earners among specialists.
Mostly, we do it cos we like kids…

@olsonplanner @PAcynic Pay off federal loan debt no matter the %?
English

Great question!
It’s not that permanent life insurance is inherently bad. Sometimes it has usefulness.
It’s that for most early-career docs, it’s the wrong tool.
✅ Huge costs eat investment returns
✅ Locks up cash you might need
✅ Better options exist for both investing & insurance
In this and similar scenarios, I usually recommend:
Pay off debt.
Buy term.
Invest the rest.

@twomewtoo @nerdinmed Everyone is a person of color then. White is, in fact, a color. And rarely people are even milk white anyway, they are gradients of tan. People are tired of people bringing up color for no reason too. And if she wants to be called a Dr. She can at work. Leave it out of Starbucks.
English

@AaronTheWitcher @nerdinmed You don't have to be African American to be a person of color. And I'm not commenting on her character. I said she deserves to be called the title that she earned which is doctor, not nurse.
English

I think it’s a great look. Shows the reality of dating as a successful woman of color and how men are insecure about women doing better than them.
Aaron@AaronTheWitcher
@nerdinmed I don’t think it’s a good look to post online you got offended someone thought you were a nurse.
English

@twomewtoo @nerdinmed There’s a lot of red flags with this person. I’m not convinced she’s African American to call herself a person of color. She needs to worry less about titles and worry more about character. I’m betting the guy in her story has a different take on their interaction.
English

@AaronTheWitcher @nerdinmed She worked for the MD behind her name, she deserves the correct title. I don't see her not being proud of the nursing profession, she just wants to be addressed with the title she has. That title just happens to be MD not RN.
English

@brad_loomis It’s pay to play kid. You wanna make six figures? This is the way.
English

@nerdinmed I don’t think it’s a good look to post online you got offended someone thought you were a nurse.
