We takes things for granted. I watched the Bourne Identity in the cinema in 2002. I liked it but at the time I thought it was just a normal, good action movie because this was the standard Hollywood adhered to. Now that we're in the content-slop Netflix age, I realise movies were truly special and every time Hollywood comes out with another Avengers-quality movie I'm grateful I got to experience the Golden Age of cinema before it died.

Most realistic depiction of a shotgun's effect range. Most movies and games get it wrong.

my brother spends $100k/mo on Meta Ads and just told me something insane when I ran ads I thought you need to be super specific with targeting: age, interests, job title, everything narrow af turns out he doesn't use any of that he only filters by gender and then Meta's algorithm auto-optimizes and finds the right buyers his process: - launch 10 ads at $100/day each - kill worst performers daily - after $4-5k you find the winner - keep it on as long as ROI is good

For some reason I see A LOT of masculinized women faces when I visit Brazil There's something specific going on there where women are having surgery to get a masculine jawline, because most Brazilian influencer women kinda look like this and it's horrid I feel it's like they are trying to impress/attract/signal to other women instead of men, which isn't great Why this specifically happens more in Brazil than in for US where there's also lots of plastic surgery, I wonder a lot "The travestization of the feminine is a psyop that has been happening for more than ten years. One of its milestones was the moment when gay makeup artists began to occupy the place of aesthetic authority over what would be the “feminine beauty,” ceasing to interpret femininity to, little by little, prescribe it. The result of this turning point was a feminine aesthetic that is increasingly artificial, hyperconstructed, and standardized, guided by exaggerated, angular, and performative traits, often dissociated from concrete female corporeality. That’s why nowadays many surgeries and procedures no longer aim to enhance the feminine, but rather to replace it with a technical caricature, an imitation of traits that were born outside of the feminine experience itself. Very sad."

making money online is not hard. you make it hard by being average. you open a business with zero unique value. you fight the market for scraps. you lose because you look exactly like the leader. social media is for entertainment. nobody logs on to see another guy in a suit pitching a tired offer. people are exhausted by normal. I became the fish out of water. I became the outsider. that is how I won attention. you must break the standard. if you are not the disruptor, you are irrelevant. how will you be different?

most entrepreneurs fail because they refuse to stand out. you open another gym. another restaurant. you copy the market leader and you are instantly irrelevant. people choose the original. social media is not a boardroom. people here want entertainment, not your slick corporate nonsense. they are tired of being pitched. I won the market by being the outsider. I grew fast because I threw out the rulebook. I became the fish out of water. stop doing what everyone else does. break common sense. ask yourself one brutal question: how do I do this differently?

money is easy, but you keep choosing failure. you opened another generic gym. another standard restaurant. you copy the market leader and you wonder why you lose. the market is tired of the same slick nonsense. social media is for entertainment, not buying suits. I sell a lot because I broke the mold. I am the fish out of water. I am the outcast. if you look like everyone else, people will ignore you. stop copying the exhausted leader. they already have the audience. you must be different. you must break common sense. think outside the box, or you will disappear.

the smart seller makes the client feel they need the buy. you have the solution. you are not begging. stop letting your fear show. if you broadcast scarcity, people will exploit you. they will try to beat you down on price. they smell weakness and hate helping the needy. nobody argues the price at Apple. but they will haggle with the person fighting for rent. act like the money is already yours. this is just another transaction. project abundance. if they walk, another client will pay.

they have the problem. you have the solution. never let the client feel you need their money. desperation is weakness. they will use it to beat you down on price. look at luxury brands. nobody demands a discount from Apple. they haggle with the broke person fighting for tuition. why? they smell weakness. act like the sale is guaranteed. "I do not need this commission. this is just another win." your focus must be on your value. when you project scarcity, people treat you like garbage. embrace abundance.

desperation kills the deal. the client feels your need for their money, and they retreat. humans are selfish, they do not want to bail you out. stop broadcasting your scarcity. act like this sale is just another transaction. I need this commission should never be written on your face. your positioning must be clear: they need your solution, not the reverse. you hold the value. look at the top brands. nobody argues Apple’s price. but they will haggle with the student trying to pay tuition. why? because she shows she needs it. project abundance. if they don't buy, someone else will. that is how you close.

money is energy. it runs from those who chase it. your desperation for a sale is why your accounts are empty. you are focused on taking, not giving. stop selling cheap transactions. focus on service. focus on transformation. treat every client like royalty. make the experience magic. if you own a restaurant, give them the extra dose. if you sell cars, sell their damn dream. when you serve radically, the money returns effortlessly. the universe pays you for the value you give. stop being needy.

you are not selling because you are too desperate. the client feels your hunger. you focus only on their cash, not on serving them. that is why they walk away. stop forcing the transaction. serve them like they are royalty. sell them the dream, not just the product. over-deliver always. give them the free extra. that is the energy exchange. when you focus on providing radical value, the universe sends the money back. money is energy. stop chasing it.

money is energy. if you chase it, it runs from you. stop being desperate. desperation makes you focus only on the client’s wallet. that makes for a bad sale, or no sale at all. you need to serve. treat every client like royalty. make the experience magic. if you sell cars, sell the dream, not the metal. if you do hair, focus on transformation. over-deliver always. give them that extra dose, that small gift. focus on service first. when you serve the client, the universe returns the money effortlessly. stop trying to force the sale. focus on the value.

you want to know the secret to money? you have to be selfish. they taught us being selfish was bad. it is a lie. pity the weak, and you become the weak. every time you sacrifice for a loser, they will let you fail. they will not help you back. I was a "nice guy." they used me, then they screwed me over. I learned the truth: the more I focused on myself, the faster I got rich. never slow your car for a broke person. they will just accelerate past you and leave you behind. your success demands you look out for yourself first. don't lose chances trying to save the pitiful. the pitiful always drag you down.

if you're a entrepreneur, remembre: hard decisions must be made. if you are afraid to be hated, you become a servant in your own business. your staff will take your leadership. you chose to be an entrepreneur. lose your need to be loved. there is no great team that loves their boss 100%. a loved boss does not demand enough. they do not push for results. when they finally do, they are hated. so what? your employees owe you respect and results. they do not owe you love. love is for friendships. your focus must be on results. stop being afraid to be hated.

your laziness makes you soft. stop skipping the gym. that is low-standard behavior. failure comes from running from discomfort. high-standard people know this truth. they look for the pain. you are not growing because you avoid the work. you let your body lock up. you refuse to say no to cheap spending. you refuse to put in the hours. you are stuck and miserable. the pain you avoid is the price of the life you want. stop being a weak failure. go to the gym.

you are stuck because you want perfection. that is your biggest mistake. perfection is a lie that blocks your scale. stop using it as an excuse to avoid selling. the greatest product fails if you refuse to sell it. you need cash, not flawless features. sell the damn thing now. sales bring the money. money buys the resources you need to make it perfect later. if you focus on the product over the sale, you will stagnate. sell first. perfect second.

In April, we switched all customer interactions to AI. Then a few months later, AI ran our entire $6.6M ARR business alone for 7 days. 0 humans around. Sales: 176 conversations initiated with a 96.6% accuracy. Only 6 wrong answers total. Support: 248 conversations with an 89% total resolution. By telling people humans weren’t there, another 13% solved their own problems. Conversations: 425 free signups with 47 converting to paying. Customer Issues: 0 material problems went unresolved. Revenue: +4% month over month to $5.96M ARR. The AI agents didn’t sleep, need a break, call in sick, or have a bad day. RB2B grew faster than we had in months. Our goal is to prove $10M ARR is possible with just 3 FTEs. If we can do it with 3 people, why can’t you?
