Yesterday, I joined fellow leaders at the Presidential Committee on Strategy, Conflict Resolution, and Mobilisation meeting, chaired by Governor Mai Mala Buni, at the Yobe State Governor’s Lodge, Abuja.

Today, I had the honour of addressing our great party members and grassroots leaders across Benue at the Strategic Enlightenment Engagement held at IBB Square, Makurdi.

I sincerely appreciate the continued fatherly support, guidance, and encouragement of His Excellency, President @officialABAT. His leadership remains a source of inspiration as we deepen our commitment to delivering impactful governance and improving the lives of our people.

Earlier today, I had the honour of swearing in Mrs. Franca Yuwa, Esq., as a Judge of the Benue State High Court, at the Old Banquet Hall, Government House, Makurdi.

Today, I had the honour of hosting Vice President Kashim Shettima, representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, at the wedding of the son of SGF, Sen. George Akume. The holy matrimony between Samuel and Deborah was a beautiful celebration of love, unity, and family.

Earlier today, I was at the Makurdi Airport to receive the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Sen. Kashim Shettima, who arrived on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to attend the wedding reception of the son of the SGF, Sen. George Akume.

Yesterday, I hosted the Director-General of the Nigerian National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), Dr. Matthew Adepoju, and his team in Government House, Makurdi.

Today, I am deeply honoured as HRM Orchivirigh Prof. James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse, the Tor Tiv, conferred on me the Chieftaincy Title of Asôrtar-u-Tiv, at J.S. Tarka Stadium, Gboko, during the 2025 Tiv Day Celebration.

Today, I received a delegation from the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State, and the U.S. Ambassador to Nigeria, at Government House, Makurdi.

Yesterday, we gathered for a fellowship dinner organized by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in honour of prominent sons and daughters of Benue who have indicated their readiness to join our great party.

Today, I joined the people of Plateau State for a thanksgiving service held at COCIN Dungun, Kanke LGA, in honour of late Mama Lydia Yilwatda, mother of the National Chairman of our great party, the @OfficialAPCNg, Prof. @nentawe1 Yilwatda.

Yesterday, I joined President @officialABAT, along with my colleague Governors, in Owerri, Imo State, for a one-day official visit and the commissioning of key developmental projects executed by Governor Hope Uzodimma.

Today, we stand united with millions of Nigerians across the country and beyond to celebrate 65 years of our independence, 65 years of resilience, diversity, and the unyielding spirit of our people. Happy 65th Independence!
