@ConstantPolaris "Eko" is not a Yoruba word is a Benin word, some historian says Benin are the first indigenous people of lagos state, how such claims can't be really verifie. Just like the way the jukum are the real indigenous people of kano

Incase anyone want to change the history of Jos and plateau State here is a reminder. The original indigenous peoples of the Plateau and Jos area in Nigeria are several ethnic groups collectively known as the Plateau peoples or Plateau minorities. They have lived in the Plateau region long before the arrival of later migrants during the colonial tin-mining era. Key indigenous groups include: 1. Berom people One of the largest indigenous groups of Jos and the surrounding Plateau areas. Traditionally farmers. Their ancestral lands include Jos North, Jos South, Barkin Ladi, Riyom, and parts of Bassa. Many historians regard them as the principal indigenous inhabitants of Jos itself. 2. Afizere people (also called Jarawa) Indigenous to areas north and east of Jos. Found mainly in Jos East and parts of Jos North. Known historically for hill settlements used for protection. 3. Anaguta people A smaller but historically significant group. Traditionally lived within the Jos valley area before the city expanded during British colonial mining. Considered one of the earliest settlers in the Jos area. Other indigenous Plateau groups The wider Plateau region also includes many other long-standing ethnic groups such as: Mwaghavul people Tarok people Ngas people Goemai people Ron people Pyem people These groups belong to what anthropologists call the Plateau ethnic groups, many of whom speak languages in the Benue-Congo languages branch. The Berom, Afizere, and Anaguta are widely recognized locally as the indigenous groups of Jos.

@ConstantPolaris Every state and country has indigenous people when you trace history. Also, note that history at times doesn't really tell the true story of people.

Incase you don’t understand Hausa, the translation is there to guide you. The handwritings is clear and we need no Daniel to interpret it for us. I will always call on MiddleBelt Christians to arm and defend yourselves. You have the right to live and nobody should take your life

They are still making threats to continue killing Christians which they refer to as “arna”, nobody is arresting them. If you like, let your guard down because someone told you everywhere is calm. These people hav been planning us since Genesis, all I ask of you is to defend urself

Every time “Hausa are the ones that built Jos city,” but the small spaces we give them in Jos North have become like a piggery. Everywhere is just smelling, worse during the rainy season. If you pass there, your breathing will almost cease.

There's something many of you are refusing to address concerning this Jos issue but I'll raise it. The Muslims in Jos fasted and did their Eid peacefully, no attack was made on their community. Now that the Christians in Jos are celebrating Easter, there are attacks. Do you have any idea what will happen in Jos & other Northern states if the Muslims get attacked in their own community during fasting and Eid? Yet you think the Christians are overreacting? They should forget about the government and defend themselves vigorously from whoever the attacks are coming from and yes, it is valid to think the attacks are coming from the Muslims because it's a pattern, it's not new. The Muslims will think the same if they were attacked during their celebrations. RISE AND DEFEND YOURSELVES.

@sparkle_akoga Now the truth is beginning to come out. They are targeting the Hausa Muslims in Jos cos they’ve lost control of the city centre after selling land to them many years ago.
