@peculiarchichii Even the polooticians know that it is money Nigerians worship, which is why they do anything to get into office so they can liberally access the money without regard for tomorrow, and hold the status of priests of Mammon to the people.

To born boy dey fear, make I no go born Bobrisky.
That’s how you people sound when you say you afraid of giving birth to a girl cos the average girl na OS.
Is the woman you’re committing to a whore?
Are there whores in your blood line or that of your wife?
So why do you think it’s something your child with opt for?!
Do not believe that with the help of God and intentional parenting, you will not raise whores or gay children?

@Cr7Godbrand Madness!
Goodly women are selfaware, and with a husband she respects, she will show discipline to put her eccentricities in check.
This idea of excusing a sense of entitlement, and bad behaviour based on horoscopes, periods, mood swings et al, is for men they just want to use.
English

Their own mood swings, anger, and bad behavior are often dismissed as “just hormones” or blamed on their periods. Meanwhile, when men display mood swings, anger, or bad behavior, it’s labeled as misogyny, toxicity, or emotional and verbal abuse.
One side gets explanations and excuses rooted in biology, while the other gets moral judgment and character attacks. The same types of behavior are interpreted completely differently depending on who is doing it.
This double standard allows one group to avoid accountability by attributing actions to natural causes, while the other is held fully responsible and often harshly criticized. You actually think women want equality rights?

Emeka came up and picked a fight with Uche, saying it is Uche that encouraged him to leave Loveth that she was not his level.
He said he had always loved Loveth, that since he left her he had been unable to have any serious relationship.
Uche insist that it is not his fault that Emeka left Loveth , tht he only gave him his opinion.

When you argue with Muslims about why you’re a Christian, don’t waste your time pointing to Muhammad’s sexual immorality or violent legacy. And don’t reduce Christianity to Jesus’ exemplary moral life.
That’s not why we are Christians.
We are not Christians because “our guy” was nicer than “their guy.” We are Christians because of the Gospel.
What does that mean?
It means Christianity isn’t primarily about ethics, rules, or examples. It is about sonship.
Through Christ, we are adopted into God’s family. We cry, “Abba, Father.”
Our relationship with God is rooted in love and secured by grace. Salvation is not earned; it is given. It is not transactional; it is relational, covenantal. It is not wages for service; it is a gift for faith.
Islam can't offer this.
Islam is transactional. The Muslim’s relationship to Allah is that of servant to master, slave to ruler, fearing punishment more than loving God.

Went to my son's career day yesterday
The teacher said each parent gets 3 minutes
I asked if there was a hard stop or if this was more of a "suggested timeline"
She said 3 minutes
The dad before me was a firefighter. The kids loved it. He brought a helmet. Let them try it on. Very theatrical.
My son whispered "don't worry, you're going to do great."
I wasn't worried. I brought a pitch deck. Objects aligned perfectly horizontally and vertically.
14 slides. One appendix. Two scenario analyses. A waterfall chart I stayed up until 11pm simplifying so a 5 year old could follow the value creation framework.
Slide one: "What is a CFO."
Slide two: "What is EBITDA."
Slide three: "Why EBITDA matters."
Slide four: "Why adjusted EBITDA matters more."
I lost the room at slide one.
One kid asked if I help people. I said I help companies become more efficient. He asked if that means I fire people. I said no, we right-size.
He started crying.
The teacher stepped in. Said maybe we could do a Q&A instead. Great pivot. Very collaborative.
A girl in the front row asked what I make. I said Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks. She said "my mom makes cupcakes." Different verticals.
My son stood up and said "my dad makes companies worth more money so the people who own them can sell them for a lot of money."
Dead silence.
The teacher said "that's... one way to describe it."
My son said "it's the only way to describe it."
I have never been more proud of anything in my entire life.
I told him that in the car. He said "thanks, can we get Chick-fil-A."
My son asked if the expense was tax deductible.
One could argue I'm teaching my son more than the teacher.
We got Chick-fil-A.
Plz fix. Thx.

@Winter_Six Goodluck could have done better, and yes, the events leading to his exit and the takeover by APC with their band of devils were heavily influenced by foreign powers, spiritual and temporal.
The people were stupid and terribly proud.
English

@Winter_Six I wasn't among the stupid Nigerians, neither was I among the foolish Nigerians. Records exist. History will show.
The part I played was in educating the blind populace to wake up from their collective stupidity, but they were too far gone and too deep in it to pull out.
English

Half the country is blaming a guy who got elected in 2011
The other half is blaming foreign influence.
Nobody wants to say that everyone was collectively stupid between 2011 and 2015, resulting in the current mess.

@iam_Supremoh @TadyJerry The foreigners lust for economic dominance, the local puppets for political significance, and the religious extremists for ethno-religious conquest: all of them together for their lust of eyes, lust of flesh, and pride of life, serve Satan.

@iam_Supremoh @TadyJerry The powers that select and support the worst among us to rule over us, are the same powers that sponsor the basest among us to stir violence and cause turmoil within our communities, just so they can have more and keep us from having what we should.

There's something many of you are refusing to address concerning this Jos issue but I'll raise it.
The Muslims in Jos fasted and did their Eid peacefully, no attack was made on their community.
Now that the Christians in Jos are celebrating Easter, there are attacks.
Do you have any idea what will happen in Jos & other Northern states if the Muslims get attacked in their own community during fasting and Eid?
Yet you think the Christians are overreacting?
They should forget about the government and defend themselves vigorously from whoever the attacks are coming from and yes, it is valid to think the attacks are coming from the Muslims because it's a pattern, it's not new.
The Muslims will think the same if they were attacked during their celebrations.
RISE AND DEFEND YOURSELVES.

You don’t just like the guy. If you did, you would’ve been the one suggesting coming over.
Girl: “Hey big baby, I had such a stressful day.”
Him: “I’m sorry, sugar. Try to get some rest. Maybe we can text later.”
Girl: “Is that all you have to say? You’re so unromantic. So you won’t even offer to give me a massage?”
Him: “If you were here with me, you know I would. I’ve got gifted hands. You know the best part? It comes with a happy ending 😂.”
Her: “And who says I can’t be there with you, uncle? Let me freshen up quickly. The next knock on your door will be me.”
They both laugh as she hurries off to freshen up and get ready to go see him.
