@RupertLowe10 The people of Great Yarmouth voted well and well done for following their wishes. We must always remember that just because someone is a noisy social media personality that can write eloquently, it doesn’t mean they are correct. They must always be questioned.

Assisted dying - I have my own views of course, but on such an emotive issue I thought it was right to consult my constituents. I have been running a local 'referendum' on whether the people of Great Yarmouth support assisted dying, or not. The poll closed last night, and the results are as follows. 1,181 constituents participated, their eligibility to vote as a Great Yarmouth resident was verified. 892 voted in favour of assisted dying. 289 voted against assisted dying. My constituents have spoken, and that is how I will vote tomorrow.

I’m on twitter, so obviously I know everything the state does is glorious and everything the private sector does is evil. Tried to book an NHS Dr appointment. I’m not even allowed to BOOK until August. Meanwhile my private healthcare got me infront of a GP in 15 mins. I know Twitter; it’s decades of underfunding from those evil Tories, even though funding has increased in real and absolute terms. The budget is £180,000,000,000. That’s enough to stretch to a £1 appointment book. The problem is culture. Not even an apology I can’t ring to book an appointment for another two weeks. They think we should be grateful. “Oh yeah we turned off online bookings that’s why they aren’t working”. Meanwhile the private sector appreciates my custom and wants me to return. The NHS begrudges picking up the phone. Would private sector mentality in the NHS really be a bad thing. “Envy of the world” (C) 2023 all parties

Picked up the keys to my second holiday rental property at 15:00 today. It’ll be ready to receive guests by 15:00 tomorrow as it’s undergoing an overhaul. First guests arrive from Germany, making me an importer. Got the place cheap. Everyone said the market was over. Brexit.
