@GetYourGuide I am trying to book a tour. Two credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal all result in error. Both in your website and the app. At the same time in order to use the contact form it requires a booking number.

Wasted most of the morning hanging around.

Don't use @GetYourGuide they have taken almost £900 out of our account and then cancelled the order on us. They now expect us to pay again which they will take immediately but have to wait up to 5 working days for a refund on our original purchase.

This company is absolutely rubbish..I Lost approx 200 usd, I booked ticket and I didn't get ticket when I reached with family there they said go and find them..I couldn't found it as ticket was with guide. Before that I was in queue for 1 hr with kids bcoz there was no proper communication on whatsapp or on app or on email..when I asked to refund they stop responding me. Obviously, cheating won't refund money but I'll tell story so other fellow audience saved from them..pls don't use them..useless

Never ever use @ViatorTravel. Booked tours in Morocco with 'transfers included, only to be hit with hidden fees the day before the tours when you can't get a refund.
Been arguing with their customer service for 3 days. Absolutely disinterested.
