• सैलरी: 9 से 13 हजार रुपए • काम: 10 से 12 घंटे • मांग: 20 हजार रुपए सैलरी/8 घंटे काम नोएडा में कर्मचारियों ने क्यों बवाल किया, उसकी वजह समझिए. सोचिए 9 से 13 हजार में कोई कैसे गुजारा करता होगा. ऊपर से 12 घंटे काम का शोषण. क्या मंत्रियों के बच्चे 10 हजार में काम करेंगे? और ये सिर्फ एक जगह की बात नहीं. पूरे देश का यही हाल है. आपको याद होगा पिछले दिनों यूपी में CM हेल्पलाइन के कर्मचारी प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे. उनकी सैलरी भी 7 हजार रुपए थी और वो बस 15 हजार रूपए के लिए लड़ रहे थे. एक तरफ आम आदमी 15-20 हजार के लिए लड़ मर रहा है. दूसरी तरफ नेताओं के बच्चे क्रिकेट की मस्ती से हर दिन करोड़ों कमा रहे हैं. ये है असल भारत

Once they ran out of bullets ..
They ate poison..
Once poison was exhausted
They ate the glass pieces..
Once glass was exhausted…
They jumped in to the nearby well …
But ensured none of them is captured by the raiders from pakxtan.
All this happened on 11-12 November 1947, when whole India was celebrating first Diwali after Independence , at the same time thousands of Hindus & Sikhs were being massacred in Rajouri city of Jammu & Kashmir.
More than 30 thousand Hindus & Sikhs were killed on the streets in Rajouri, one of the most horrific massacres in Indian history. Women jumped into the well to save their lives or died by consuming poison.
All this continued till the night of 12 April 1948, and on the morning of 13 April, a new dawn came and when the #IndianArmy ended the terror by recapturing Rajouri town.
This is the lesser known history of Rajouri Day which is being celebrated today.

1-मजदूरों की न्यूनतम सैलरी 20000 रुपए/महीना होनी चाहिए
2- ओवरटाइम डबल मिलना चाहिए
3- 10% सैलरी इंक्रीमेंट प्रति वर्ष होना चाहिए
4- 1.5 अर्न लीव, 1.5 कैजुअल लीव प्रति महीना मिलनी चाहिए
5-टर्मिनेट करने पर 3 महीने की सैलरी मिलनी चाहिए।
6- पेड मेडिकल लीव मिलनी चाहिए
7- फैमिली स्वास्थ्य बीमा मिलना चाहिए।

नोएडा प्रशासन ने फैक्ट्री कर्मचारियों को 11 आश्वासन दिए हैं। उनसे शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की है।
1. श्रमिकों को ओवरटाइम का भुगतान दोगुनी दर से किया जाएगा।
2. प्रत्येक श्रमिक को साप्ताहिक अवकाश दिया जाएगा।
3. रविवार को काम कराने पर दोगुना पेमेंट करना होगा।
4. श्रमिकों के नियमानुसार बोनस का भुगतान 30 नंवबर तक बैंक खातों में जाएगा।
5. फैक्ट्रियों के बाहर CCTV कैमरे चालू हालत में रहें।
6. फैक्ट्रियों के बाहर शासन की गाइडलाइंस नोटिस बोर्ड पर अनिवार्य रूप से लगाई जाएं।
7. श्रमिकों और औद्योगिक इकाइयों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए कंट्रोल रूम बनाया गया। 0120-2978231, 0120-2978232, 0120-2978862 और 0120-2978702 नंबर जारी किए गए हैं।
8. प्रत्येक कारखाने में कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न रोकथाम समिति गठित।
9. प्रत्येक श्रमिक का वेतन प्रत्येक माह की 10 तारीख के भीतर एकमुश्त भुगतान किया जाएगा।
10. सभी श्रमिकों को वेतन पर्ची अनिवार्य रूप से प्रदान की जाएगी।
11. शिकायत पेटी लगाई जाएगी।

@theupindex मेरे जानने वाले है ,बहुत बुरा हाल है वर्कर्स का 9 9 हजार में 12 15 घंटे काम कर रहे है और कोई नियम भी नहीं सैलरी स्लिप का ,।
ठेकेदार भाग जाता है पैसे लेकर ,कंपनी कुछ नहीं करती और वर्कर्स को उल्टा डराती धमकाती है
