@nicgrasset I’m having issues trying to test changes with subscriptions for a merchant but the preview environment doesn’t retain logged in cookie status. Is this a known issue or am I just not doing this the right way?

Browser automation tools like Puppeteer break down fast when the app lives inside an iframe. That’s a real problem for Shopify embedded app debugging. So I open-sourced a small MCP server that connects your Claude/Codex directly to the live iframe app:

@TRPage_dev Ugh. We hate the site down based on legacy accounts.

End of an era! Legacy Customer Accounts days are almost officially numbered. Shopify announced legacy customer accounts are deprecated. New stores can't access them and new customer accounts are the future. No firm sunset date yet, but migration talks need to start now. Most merchants delayed upgrades due to heavy custom branding and functionality in legacy customer accounts. Solution: Customer Account Extensibility. Even non-Plus merchants have 800+ apps to modernize design and features. App devs: If your app touches customer accounts and isn't ready, update NOW. Many merchants waited for apps to catch up and at least for folks I'm working with on apps we were waiting on, that's resolved now. Check Branding and more in your shop. Many customizations now live in Checkout settings (switch pages under customer accounts: Order status, Orders, and Profile). We've kept legacy customer accounts alive as long as merchants wanted, but migration planning time is here. New customer accounts bring loads of benefits. I resisted losing checkout.liquid at first but love checkout extensibility features and stability now. No doubt customer accounts will be the same (especially with @pmillegan at the helm 😉).

I’ve been having a blast with Claude code and am blown away. But at times, I find myself needing to ask questions and confirm details midway into his work. Is there a way I can open the web app or Mac desktop app and give it some chat name or ID so Claude AI - either one web, laptop or mobile - can access work and answer me without interfering with Claude code and allowing him to run? Also, I notice the iOS app has an auto compact issue still. Sometimes it works and sometimes it just wont process the next message without any notification. Thanks again for everything. Everything seems back to normal but the iOS Claude app is hitting chat limits very quickly only by reading through a previous chat or two.

@claudeai am I the only one who is still having issues? I reloaded Claude, I write a message. He responds and outputs code. I switch tabs and when I switch back to Claude the latest context of my reply and his output is gone. Insanity is repeating the same thing over again I’m officially 3 x insane.
