I'm amazed at the speed of even Bitcoin for online payments, let alone any of the other much faster crypto currencies. Just payed online by Bitcoin and it got processed in a few seconds. (Yes, I'm aware of the per-transaction energy involved)

One of the biggest scams in crypto is the number of people that call non-scams, scams.

@lopp This entire thing is a scam. Reminds me of the 'country coin & color coin' alt scams that had every thing from hidden mega blocks, to ICO's that simply wash bought their own coins to show 'incredible interest', all scams.. all of em.

Straight up negligent behavior: Bitcoin Private collaborator gave commit access to a user with no reputation / dev history and later allowed them to merge their own flawed code with no peer review.
