Hey @nikitabier.
More than 2 weeks ago I’ve received a message in which I was informed that I’m paused from the creator revenue program. Although I’ve sent an appeal I haven’t received any response to date and so I’ve decided to write to you in person with the hope to cut through the red tape and to reach you directly.
There are a few reasons why IMO this decision is a mistake:
1) I have been active on this amazing platform for the past 6 years - out of which I’m a Premium+ subscriber - paying the highest fees, for the past 2 years.
2) I’m a proud member of 𝕏’s BioTech community with more than 18,600 followers of which 4,450 (25%) are verified!
3) All of my content is HUMAN MADE and I have NEVER used AI to write any of my posts / threats nor did I post any AI-generated video.
4) My own proprietary content is highly valued by other 𝕏 members as you can see by the amount of positive responses I’ve received & the number of engagement that my BioTech content has received over the years.
5) Most importantly - I have never taken a single penny into my own personal pocket. Since I’ve entered the content creator program I’ve decided that I want to give every single cent back to the wonderful and amazing 𝕏 community! I have been doing so by gifting premium subscriptions to other valuable content creators on 𝕏 and as I’m sure you can see in your system - so far I’ve gifted 20 premium subscriptions which are worth $2,000!
As someone who is highly active and supportive of this amazing platform since the very beginning - I find this decision extremely overwhelming and I ask you to reconsider this wrongful decision and to reinstate me in the creator revenue program once again.

@nikitabier please review and kindly reconsider this move. @yaireinhorn is one of the best biotech content creators on X. Not to mention his promotion of X by using all his revenue to 100% gift premium X accounts. A generous, very intelligent and great friend - describes Yair to a T.

This is asinine @nikitabier! Not only does @yaireinhorn provide exceptional content (daily)but he also strongly supports and advocates for X. A move like this would make me strongly consider leaving X. I ( and a huge community of biotech investors) expect this to be remedied ASAP and expect better.

@BiomedicalRX @nvidia @OpenAI @TheEconomist The fact that $NVDA currently holds more than $62B in cash - of which a third was generated in the past year alone (!) means that Nvidia still poses a significant war chest for its disposal. It safe to assume that we haven’t seen the last deal to be made yet.

Although $NVDA huge success is well-known - the scale of its unique approach to create demand for its products via VC investments, not as much. Nvidia’s $65B investment - in >200 (!) investments has made @nvidia into one of Silicon Valley’s most important VC investors - as this excellent @TheEconomist shows 📊👇. Nvidia’s recent investments includes a $30B investment in OpenAI and smaller ones in firms which mostly focus on robotics, software and AI applications.

This is excellent FT 📊👇shows just how well OpenAI and Sam Altman have successfully positioned the company & managed to strengthen its financial position through collaborations and financing deals with almost every powerhouse in the world - $AMZN, $MSFT, $META, $GOOG, & of course $NVDA! This is truly remarkable!

$ARTV HUGE hints just posted today on EULAR online program. Three presentations listed for early June. "Robust and durable clinical responses...in severe RA" and "highly effective in severe Sjogren Disease" (company hinted this is next indication). Exciting couple months ahead!

My cousin Dietrich is one of the best paid engineers in Germany
He makes €41,000 a year before tax
Last week he got an offer from a big tech company in the US that would net him $350,000
"Are you going to take it?" I asked him
"It's a good offer, but I would actually earn less than now"
He is right. In Europe, he makes €41,000 and gets:
- Free healthcare
- Strong privacy protections
- Diversity
- Pension benefits
If you count this in, it's much more than $350,000
European salaries are the highest in the world if you adjust for quality of life

The number one thing I’m watching this year is the timetable from $PRME on CF.
(Number 2 is Nex-z enrollment safety+speed)
The moment that gets proven in vivo in humans, even for the smaller mutations, I can’t see how that’s not a $10b+ company (especially if WD and AATD also work next year).
Even with dilution I’d be looking for ~$40/share.
Considering next year is the earliest for IND-enabling, that means 2028 is the earliest for IND/into the clinic.
If they can reach $10b MC, a 10% dilution could net them a cool $1b and that’s the type of money that really accelerates DISEASE ERADICATION (trademark pending 😉).
