@bryan_johnson I would say Take it an hour at a time… one minute, if you have to. I know it feels unrelenting, but this will start to ease. I know you may be unable to see it now, but you are going to start feeling better, and until you can see the other side… I will see it for you.

I've been in the depths of despair with depression. A state where nothing matters. No one can say anything to convince you otherwise. For those of you who've also been there or who are there now, what advice would you give others about how to speak with people in this state?
