@gibberingphil @AlanMCole This was what happened to my car which i hired from Rentscape Bordeaux Airport.
I had my 3 children with me on the motor way and flames coming out of the bonnet.
Rentscape didn't respond to me for over 24 hours. And they asked me to travel 180km by taxi to pick up a new car
