@TrackCoachJones As a public school in Montana I continually feel spoiled that I've got 9 paid assistants! We've got incredible community and administrative support for our high school athletics.

One of the toughest things to do as a high school track coach is to cover multiple events b/c most schools don't have enough money to pay for a full staff. What do you think is the average number of coaches on a high school track team?
