@BleedingGreen Even if you pick up the first there’s only 8-9 seconds left and you get one attempt to throw into the EZ. You have to just take the 3 and go into half to regroup

Age is just a measure of time, not a reflection of one’s health and movement quality. 30-40 is young. It’s crazy how many young people call themselves old because their body FEELS this way and they associate aging with negative sentiments. Yes, with age comes natural decline, but the key word is gradual. Your body doesn’t fall off a cliff after 30 or 40, unless YOU allow it to (this is obviously excluding rare cases of non-lifestyle related disease or injury). Mobility training in-addition to a healthy lifestyle is my recipe for a youthful body and mind. When you have buttery joints, you’re not moaning and grunting with every little movement. Your knees and hips don’t squeak like an old rusty hinge. You don’t get hurt doing simple daily chores. And most importantly, you FEEL young and spry. Stay buttery 🧈
