@LycamobileUK Hi, Lycamobile has done a fraudulent transaction of total 35 pounds on my bank card. Even after several calls and mails, they don’t respond. They says that they would respond within 48 hrs, however It’s been a week now. Please return my money

@British_Airways I raised a claim for compensation with BA after my wife and daughters were dumped in Boston Us en-route to NY with no accommodation or onward support. That was August. I have opened a dispute with CEDR. Court to follow if no success.

@CEDRConsumerADR I would like to escalate a complaint about easyJet (I’m £230 out of pocket due- given misleading/wrong information at Glasgow airport EasyJet customer services. They advised that I’d be reimbursed expenses if booked a flight with alternative airplane). Pls help.

@CEDRConsumerADR @Rics Hi folks not what is the point if businesses have to pay yourselves £350 they will always go for cheaper option of county court - current system is not fit for purpose I was also advised by yourselves I had a year to tender complaint - bad advise

@CEDRConsumerADR @Rics Hi yes - however we where told by yourselves we had up to a year to submit claim after reaching deadlock however the company went straight to small claim bypassing our chance to have their work checked by yourselves - very disappointing and frustrating
