Honestly I don't have a problem with us missing out on Caicedo. There is always another player. What I have an issue with is us missing out on Caicedo after dragging the deal out for literally MONTHS. It's such a bad look if we bottle the deal now.

Rosenior is blatantly out of his depth but I think it's important not to get distracted by him as a scapegoat. This mess is the fault of Behdad Egbhali, Clearlake Capital, and beyond, that our army of incompetent sporting directors. They are the culprits, not a crap manager.

Maresca wasn't perfect but he was a competent manager and we never looked like a badly coached team under him. For us to take such a backwards step after he left is disgraceful.

Yeah I bet he does 😂 Good management tbf, protects him from scrutiny but also drops him as he's blatantly not good enough and probably has zero confidence. Of course better management would have been to not play him against PSG in the first place.

The whole thing is perception. He looks calm. He doesn’t complete more passes, he doesn’t turn it over less, he doesn’t progress the ball more. He is a worse passer than Sanchez. He just looks calm.

One of those selection choices you simply struggle to fathom from Liam Rosenior. Not even hindsight, this was a disaster waiting to happen if you watched Jorgensen’s displays earlier in the season. Like Kinsky, a night that reflects why you don’t mess with that position

Sanchez has been our player of the season. He doesn't deserve to be forced out of the team for an obviously inferior goalkeeper. In every way as well, Sanchez is better on the ball as well.
