Attended a great Celebration of International Mother Language Day yesterday at City Hall, hosted by @LizaBegum_. Guest speakers included Councillor Toki Aziz and @AdamHug as well as members of the Westminster Youth Foundation.

A huge thank you to Westminster Bangladeshi Association for organising such a joyful event to celebrate ekushey February. It was nostalgic to watch little kids recite Bengali poems just as I did when I was a kid. #ekusheyfebruary #joybangla
