@flySAA_US 12 weeks today I cancelled my flight and I am still waiting for a refund. I am not getting my emails ignored.

@CSD_PE Carla ,the ticket was issued by travel agent who need to apply on BSP link. Please forward it to us if they have already completed that so that we can take it up with our refund team.#AM
