We’ve had some very compelling lectures this semester in the @UNC_Micro_Imm seminar series. Two of my favorites thus far have been presented by @YountLabOSU and @PaulTurnerLab!

We are keeping the preprint pipeline full. This study reports substantial differences in the requirements of the flavivirus (Dengue and Zika viruses) helicases to unwind duplex RNA relative to that from Hepatitis C virus. These new principles paved the way for our studies of the alphavirus nsP2 helicase that are currently being written up. Stay tuned! biorxiv.org/content/10.648…
