There is now randomized data demonstrating en bloc bladder tumor resection reduces recurrence rates when used for primary resection. Here is my last en bloc case, uncut ~3.5 minutes start to finish (in 2x speed). The new standard of care? I think so! @CedarsSinai #Bladdercancer
