@anandiyermd @MLRobertsonMD @jesscolburn I’m really not sure! The pathway has to be institution specific and requires both a flexible candidate and flexible GME leadership. There are a number of complexities but it has not been difficult to get ABFM/ABIM board or ACGME approval.

More older folks w longer stays in hospital due to short staffing in post acute SNF, family illness or exhaustion, & other reasons. Anyone have creative ideas or protocols to keep these folks (many with dementia) engaged cognitively? Such a critical need during covid times.
