I just want to say that I see all the abusive messages that my detractors post about me. Some of it is vile and disgusting. It has been particularly bad this Lent. A lot of good willed people send me screen shots. It’s fine, don’t. Just pray for these people.

It is clearly insufficient gloating. In fact, I hope that you are expecting a large delivery of gloat, so that you can gloat even more - perhaps even in capital letters. 🫡

And with what I accept is an unseemly amount of gloating, I remind myself that Maugham instructed King’s Counsel to draft the complaint against me. I wonder just how much time and money was wasted on this?

I am very pleased to report that the BSB have evidently considered the complaint against me by the Good Law Project and Euan Weddell very carefully and have determined there is no case to answer. As both the GLP and EW made their complaints public I think it appropriate to share the outcome. I will be proceeding with my action in defamation against Mr Maugham.
