@alexykot @So8res It’s amazing to me how few banks in the U.S. have 2FA via Authenticator-type OTPs. My uncle in Holland has had it for decades.

There must be an internal changelog system. It should track all changes in the personal information: what exactly has changed, old and new data, where the request came from, how it was authorized. It appears that your bank doesn't have that system in place. Leave that bank and find a better one.
