We played "Pin the Driver on the Company" with average New Yorkers and they were shocked to learn that the Amazon drivers who come to their door to delivery their packages were not considered Amazon employees. After being told about Amazon’s subcontracting schemes, everyone agreed that Amazon should be required to employ drivers directly and take responsibility.
