@TonyL_01 @UB1UB2 She was warming up to be ! She was not aggressive with 3 cops on her, that is why she wasn't aggressive. Perhaps you have had to "deal with more aggressive situations" because you cant read the early signs,as these Police did !

@ClivetheFirst @UB1UB2 Aggressive???? Even on the floor with 3 cops holding her, she was not aggressive at all. Different scenarios require different solutions. As a cop you adapt and react to that particular scenario. Rule books are guidelines.
