@Coach__Brandon I believe some call it laker drill , but once the ball is passed to either side you just pass back to the middle and back again until you get your lay up. This is more realistic to me then like you said passing and running behind who you pass to

What are some old school drills or routines in basketball that you don’t believe in anymore? For me it’s 3 man weave…running the mile…putting your “game face on”…following your own shot…everyone has to wear the same shoes.

@CSmithBball Yea I was reading that they rigged the rules so that USA would be at a disadvantage. Teams have to participate in qualifying events which is during the NBA season and during the college school year.
