Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States.
Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan."
This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States.
The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.

Obama “purged” hundreds of senior officers in his social engineering plan. Those deposed senior officers were some of the finest warfighters I’ve known—he replaced them with minimally qualified DEI warfighting wannabes.
No, Hegseth hasn’t purged anything, Senator, but he’s slowly bringing us back to the mission of fighting and winning wars, and slowly unwinding what Obama and Biden half destroyed, i.e. military readiness.
During war, leadership and incompetence to execute a mission become readily apparent…so expect some more senior leader shuffling before this battle with evil (Iran) is complete.

Purging generals to settle personal or political vendettas is what happens in China or Russia, not America.

I just got off the phone with someone who works in defense policy in Washington. What they told me should end every "Trump is reckless" argument permanently.
"Every single president since Clinton received the same intelligence briefing on Iran's nuclear timeline. Every single one was told the window was closing. Every single one chose to kick it down the road because the political cost of acting was higher than the political cost of waiting."
Trump got the same briefing. 60kg of 90% enriched uranium. 4 weeks to breakout. Material for 2 bombs.
He chose to act knowing it would tank his approval to 35%.
He chose to act knowing his own base would split.
He chose to act knowing NATO allies would refuse to help.
He chose to act knowing gas prices would spike.
A senior analyst I know at a major think tank put it this way: "The difference between Trump and every president before him isn't intelligence. They all had the same data. The difference is courage."
Read that again.
Every president had the same file on their desk. Only one opened it and did something.

Barack Obama fired nearly 200 Generals and Admirals who had risen through the ranks to earn those positions DURING WARTIME.
President Trump is firing Generals who rose through up through the ranks to their positions via DEI during peacetime.

Poor General George C. Marshall. If you think the SECWAR criticism is unique, it's not. Marshall had to defend his actions powerfully and without apology:

It’s MORE likely that Hegseth is purging non-warfighter GO’s that were installed under Biden & Milley. These Generals supported mass DEI programs, forced an experimental “vaccine” on warfighting troops (causing irreparable bodily damage) and should never have risen to that rank to begin with. And, of course, you and your Dem colleagues rubber stamped every bit of that.
Hegseth is moving the DoW back to its primary mission: WARFIGHTING…vs. the Lefts primary mission for DoW: Social Engineering and debasing or military readiness.

It's likely that experienced generals are telling Hegseth his Iran war plans are unworkable, disastrous, and deadly.
Also, Hegseth is firing a ton of experienced generals right now.
