@British_Airways We're 2ppl flying LHR to LAX and need only one checked bag between us. How much does that cost? There's no info about this on your website and it just redirects to 'Manage Booking' but we haven't booked yet

@dkncoachdriver That's no help I'm afraid - we booked tickets and were left in the freezing cold, watching coach after coach go past?! No notification, no apology or explanation - surely that's not good enough? coaches shouldn't be overbooked, there should be a seat for us since we paid!

Shocking service from @nationalexpress as always! @nxcare more like NX doesn't care. I was at the stop 30min early. The coach I had booked drove straight past without stopping, the one before also didn't stop, the one after was delayed by 45mins! Had to pay for a taxi in the end!

I expect a full refund @nxcare - I was one of 10 people at the stop, all affected by the same problem and all at risk of missing our flights even if we got to the stop well in advance! No tracking info either, appalling all round!
