@SquawkBond @hjluks Try doing dead hangs as often as you can. I've been doing them now for a couple of years and my back issues have completely disappeared along with my shoulder pain.

@jfsrev Hey Jeff, not sure if you already know about this (you might deliberately not be using this function), but you can easily get Substack links to jump to specific chapters by moving your cursor to the left of a larger heading. Example attached.

@ColinHartl @DrSeanOMara Do eight 100 or 200-meter sprints on the track. Rest three minutes in between each sprint. Start with a light jog the first sprint increasing exertion each sprint thereafter.
Do this twice per week for a month and see how you feel.
English

A single sprint session triggers more growth hormone than an hour on the treadmill.
That hormonal response specifically mobilizes visceral fat. Jogging does not.
Your ancestors did not survive by pacing themselves. They sprinted or they died. Follow their example, because your biology has not forgotten.

@Tweevest @henstrade CANSLIM screen is very powerful. I might top up the RS to say 89, but otherwise really great settings.

This weekend is going to be a busy one for Dr. Cat @cantonmeow and me as we need to highlight the most bullish and trending stocks across both daily and weekly charts for our community.
Dr. Cat will be creating at least 10 focused videos on semiconductors, photonics, memory, Big Tech, select ETFs, data centers, crypto-related stocks, space, and more. If you're interested, stay tuned! I hope you don’t mind me bombarding you with so many posts during the weekend!
As usual, I'll share one free video on X so everyone can benefit.

After a strong market run, the temptation to buy laggards always rises. Don't fall for it!
The highest-probability opportunities right now are in resets and pullbacks in names that have already proven leadership.
That’s where we want to stay focused. Watching a name like $BE to offer something up next week:

@DrKristieLeong @crismiller12 People still don't understand that sometimes we eat for health not for enjoyment. Although I personally like saurcraut, kimchi, and sardines. People think I'm crazy.
English

@crismiller12 That's okay! I eat it so I can spend my 70s on a mountain hike instead of a pharmacy line.😂🤣😂

Phenomenal gut news from UC Davis:
A forkful of sauerkraut can shield your intestinal lining from inflammatory damage.
Raw cabbage? Zero protection.
Just the salty brine? Nope.
But the full fermented version? Lab tests on human gut cells showed it kept the barrier strong against inflammatory cytokines.
The magic? Hundreds of metabolites (lactic acid, GABA precursors, unique amino acids) created during fermentation that your gut cells recognize and love.
So, this is a good addition to the “food as medicine” pile. Small daily serving + fiber = smarter gut resilience.
Who’s already teaming up with kraut this week or brave enough to start? Drop your favorite way to eat it.
