Day 2 of the shop move! Crating all my @pierson_workholding fixtures! These are crucial to my operation, so they get extra care. There are now only 5 blades left on my website, and 9 days left before I shut the online store down temporarily.

@ArtForTheHand I’ve got a rigging crew coming on the last day to do all the heavy lifting. I’ve got 2 machines that weight 4500 lbs each 💀. My damn back already gave out from bending over to vacuum the floor 🤣.

@CompEdgeKnives Double furniture dollies, one on each end of the heavy stuff. You can do it yourself but it’s best to have a buddy. And wear your steel toes.

Day 1 of shop moving prep is a wrap! Got the grinding room “cleaned” up. Equipment wiped down. There’s 9 blades left on my website and 10 days left before I temporarily close the online store for the move.

One final drop before the move! I’ll be shutting down business operations early next week, so I’m doing one final big drop to go out with a bang. I’ll have a ton of black blades available and ready to ship this Friday at 5pm PST. If you want a stonewashed version, those are in stock now and ship the same or next day. Thank you all so much for helping me bring my dream of having a sick work/live shop to life. As some of you may know, my first child was born a few months ago, and learning to be a dad while keeping the knives flowing and planning a cross-country move has been extremely challenging. I’m thankful I have the greatest wife in the world to help me through it. I’ll make sure to film plenty of content documenting the move and the new shop buildout for you guys to follow along with.
