If you use NFP, what the typical length of your abstinence window during the fertile time? I.e. don’t include the days off for menstruation.

What does being ‘chaste’ in a Catholic marriage mean?
I’ve never really understood? Shouldn’t they be fruitful and multiply?

It’s survival of the fittest, not survival of the weakest. An egg selects the healthiest sperm for a reason. Sperm quality determines whether the pregnancy will reach term safely. We are putting women’s health at risk to make men happy about their faulty swimmers.
And all this while, all this funding could have gone into menopause. If menopause happened to men and as a result of it men experienced a drastic reduction in metabolism, muscle loss acceleration, severely dropping bone density, increase in insulin resistance, sudden increased risk of cardiovascular events, depression and mood instability rise, cognitive issues, sleep disruption, etc, we would have had multiple modalities of management and support systems by now.
Menopause makes women invisible overnight. Everything chances and nobody prepares women beforehand or supports us. Women remain unheard, overlooked, dismissed and undervalued.
