Every day, I’ll draft a tweet. Think about how long it takes me. Wonder if it was time well spent. Then think about the length of Trumps posts which he is clearly writing himself. The insane number of posts he puts out. Then wonder how he has time to be a leader 🤷‍♂️

@551_omalicha @DocPriyamMD Herpes is still a burglar but a cunning one. It breaks in, makes noise, gets chased but right before getting caught it runs to the one room with a "do not enter" sign on it..our NERVE CELLS. So it's not that herpes is too strong to clear but it's holding the foundations hostage.

Today, a 2nd-year med student asked me why we can't completely clear HIV from the body like other viruses and the answer is the closest thing to a horror movie in modern medicine

Gene therapy vectors are basically gutted HIV with the harmful parts removed and helpful genetic cargo loaded in instead, used to treat diseases like sickle cell.. it's like burglar got retrained as a delivery driver.
