@Giovanni_254 @QuickestTempa I have. Did CrossFit maybe ten years ago. Just not comfortable doing non machine leg lifts without a trainer, to ensure that I’m doing them correctly and not wrecking my back or neck. I’m perfectly happy with leg machines at 44 years old. Upper body is all free weights tho.
