Remembering William, Elizabeth and Noeline Herron on the 50th Anniversary of their murder in their shop and home in Dromore by the Provisional IRA. The exercise of the Royal Perogative of Mercy towards two of those convicted added significantly to the continued hurt. 50 years later, answers are deserved. I have written to the Prime Minister asking for him to review and to meet to discuss what information can be given to the family. It is time to do the right thing.

She says she’ll be getting “round the doors” in Foyle, with a focus on tackling violence against women and girls and improving economic wellbeing.
Thanked the public for the support shown to her family, saying others have since approached her to share their own mental health struggles.
