@Five_2Bravo @NRCC I too hate what was done in VA regarding redistricting. However, that meme is weak sauce. VT and DE have only one member of Congress; HI, NH have 2 and NM has three. That's 5 of 9 on the list. Tough to "rig" those states. Gotta argue better.
