It’s literally not just a free draw 2. Paying power is a real cost. Consult the Past was usually 0 energy, one power, draw 2 and only saw play in Teemo. This card is good but not ban worthy imo. The problem isn’t the card but maybe the Legends. Even still, too early to tell.
