All Karmelo had to was do show a little bit of respect and say: "hey guys, I know this isn't my tent. It's raining a little bit out there if it's OK with you I'd like to chill with you guys for about 10 minutes." Nobody would've cared. Instead, he says "f*ck you pussies. I'm not gonna move. Why don't you make me and we'll see what happens."

@HenryPotterSon @Pro__Trading @DatDudeSmurf You’re making arguments that were already attempted unsuccessfully on the first 2 days of the trial. Going to have to keep up if you want to be arguing. It has been established that he should not have been there, and he was banned from events entirely too for prior knife issues.

Black Americans are rediscovering that we do not need to march or explain anything to anyone who is Anti-Black American. We can just simply DESTROY them Economically. It’s Painless, Productive, LEGAL and NO ONE CAN STOP US.

False. Do not get your news from black Twitter. Austin and Hunter were NOT suspended. Karmelo WAS suspended - for bringing a knife to school.

In Texas the jury is literally legally not permitted to even consider the possibility of retreat in determining the reasonableness of the use of defensive force. It's what makes Texas one of the handful or so of "hard" stand-your-ground states.

I think the ultimate question is, could Anthony have removed himself from the situation? Also, should the question be asked, had Anthony not had a knife, what would have happened to Anthony? With Rittenhouse, it was viable that without a firearm, he would have likely been extensively harmed, or even killed. Would the same hold true for Anthony?

You didn't answer. I was pointing out his hypocrisy of saying people need to keep their hands to themselves by pointing out the fact that black kids don't keep their hands to themselves. At all. And if one of them were stabbed in the heart over a light school yard "push" by a white person, the same people would be rioting in the streets. They certainly wouldn't be saying "well he should've kept his hands to himself."

All of these Black children went to the store and never made it back home because of racism.

There's zero evidence that Karmelo was ever threatened with imminent DEADLY force harm--at most, according to eye witness testimony, he was subject to (literally) a "soft push." That's not DEADLY force harm, and cannot justify the use of DEADLY force in self-defense. Absent an imminent threat of DEADLY force harm, a killing with deadly "defensive" force is simply a murder.
matt lee@mazza_lee

@TheBrancaShow Karmelo was seated with two 6ft beefy athletes towering over him and they put hands on him first. How is this not an imminent threat?

@DatDudeSmurf @Pro__Trading Yes. Defend himself to the extent he was threatened. He wasn’t threatened with deadly force or serious bodily injury.
