The heart and brain form because it’s already human, not as a prerequisite to become human. Your personal checklist (“when they develop a brain/heart/organs that I’ll consider human”) is completely arbitrary. It’s not science, it’s just “no true human until I say so.” By that logic, a newborn, a comatose patient, or anyone missing an organ also isn’t “really human.” You don’t get to redefine basic biology to justify killing an innocent member of our species. Equal rights for all humans — no exceptions based on size, location, or your subjective feelings. Murder is still murder.

Neither does a coma patient or someone with profound disabilities. By your logic, we can kill any unconscious or low-functioning human. That’s not choice — that’s infanticide + euthanasia on demand.
