On 3 December, walking home from a night out in Southampton, he was stabbed five times with a 21cm blade. As he lay bleeding, he told the officers who arrived that he had been stabbed. They handcuffed him instead. He died saying "I can't breathe." On 28 May, his killer was convicted of murder. His mother was convicted of helping to hide the weapon. I wish more people would understand that IQ scores in 3rd World Countries are reflective of them being malnourished, starved, having shitty drinking water, and sickly. All these variables pull them down.
Here in the US, our scores used to be lower in the past when such health standards weren't maintained.
The upper class people in these societies don't have these issues, which is how we know it isn't genetic.
Likewise, many Americans in the rural area should take an IQ test and be humbled. The average of developed nations is dragged up by people in urban areas.

Interesting ~data: Grok, while checking some figures in a table of mine, estimates the average IQ of Indian AMERICANS at 108 - albeit with the US population, as vs whites alone, set at 100...so you can argue for knocking off 2-3 points.
IAs mostly come from the three highest of the large Indian castes, so there's some selection effect here. But, WHEN TESTED IN INDIA, even highest-caste Brahmins taken alone average just 85-90.
This brings up the caveat-point I and others have made repeatedly on here about 3rd world IQ scores. If you are curious about how Somalis stack up relative to Midwestern whites, it probably makes more sense to test lightly selected immigrants in Minnesota than goat-herds in Mogadishu.
