@NianticHelp Hi! I've noticed that the in-game shop for Pokemon Go no longer has personalized bundles since the Kalos Tour event ended. Is there any chance this will be fixed? I've been trying to save PokeCoins, but the lack of rotating boxes is a bit saddening.

@NianticHelp Hi! I just did a Necrozma Dusk Mane raid recently. While I received the fusion energy and cosmog candies, my game crashed before I could encounter Necrozma and catch it, and when I reopened it, the raid had ended and I couldn't catch. Is there anything you can do?

@NianticHelp Sorry to keep pestering you, but I'm really concerned. Your help bot closed my ticket, and not only did I lose two gigantamax pokemon, but I lost the remote raid passes and max particles and the catches despite winning the battles. Can DM with details.

@NianticHelp The support bot says I was already reimbursed and that nothing would be done, but that isn't true. I lost remote passes and max particles over this, and with the event ending, that means I won't get those gigantamax Pokemon back either or have other chances to catch

@Barbel20514 I was able to do until it was too late. The moderation of that server was a cesspool and a popularity contest where certain people got way more lenience (e.g. Ry/la, Ke/no) and any attempts to change things were met with bullying. You never should have been "blacklisted" either.
