@NianticHelp I have lost two remote raid passes and 2 daily remote raid attempts because of a bug that affects the countdown timer before a raid. By the time I get to the raid from the lobby, I get a “The Gym Battle Has Ended (30)” message.

I have been trying for almost a couple of years to recover my son’s Pokemon Go and I haven’t been successful. They ask a bunch of questions to verify his account. Unfortunately, he is a minor and Googled closed his account. @NianticHelp

@NianticHelp I’ve lost 3 remote passes today because of this glitch. The lobby timer counts to zero, but the raid doesn’t start. But when I press “quit,” it begins this endless loop that I can’t escape from without rebooting the app.

@NianticHelp I've just finished a shadow Latias raid, and the game froze on the raid completion screen. So I have not been able to have the encounter at the end. I have taken screenshots of my frozen screen and the journal but they won't upload on the help page in game

Raids are beyond broken rn. @NianticHelp @PokemonGoApp… doesnt allow you in the raid and the timer and people counter just disappears…
