As expected, it only redirected me to my adjuster whom claims that she needs to speak elsewhere instead of speaking to me about my claim because I have full coverage, but I’m not being covered neither by direct nor by their adjuster, so how are you claiming you are auto insurance??? Thank you do your job

@DirectAutoIns it nice to know how you treat travel nurses. Dropped from my policy because I submitted a claim outside of my home state and now I can not get in touch with anyone nor can I get quoted for a new claim. My claims specialist has not returned my call.

@DirectAutoIns is such a scam... I pay my premium and they cancel my policy for non-payment after taking my money... Try to contact customer service through the number provided on the app... Sit thru their dumbass automated system just for the call to end repeatedly. TRASH!!!

@DirectAutoIns every time I call my adjuster no one answers. It’s been over 2 weeks since filing my claim & ive only talked to the adjuster once. He acted like I would be taking my truck to a shop to be fixed within the week yet, that’s been 2 weeks ago & now I’m being ignored.

@DirectAutoIns from reading all these comments from customers trying to get their claims taken care of & being ignored it seems to me that lawyers need to start being hired while bringing attention to the media about it because after people pay monthly they shldnt n ignored.
