@flippdesigns More data needed! Have you got a picture of the underside of the cap? Boletes will have spores. Also where did you find them, was it near a particular type of tree? What does it smell like? Any colour change if you cut it? Mushroom spotters Uk on Facebook is a good place to ask

Omg!!!! She is going to be over the bloody moon with this and we’ll deserved to as Marthy’s story was fab even if I do say so myself. It’s been a proper crappy 6-8 weeks with lots of things but this has brightened the week 💚

@WirralUnplugged @CatalystSDC @UlsterMuseum That looks like a fun (is that the right word for a skull with a weapon hole) activity! Absolutely fascinating how much bones can tell us.

@Drawn2Science @CatalystSDC Wow! Love it! On the same forensic science aspect, saw this in @UlsterMuseum this year. You had skull fragments to piece together to find out how they died based on the weapon hole.

Had a really interesting afternoon at @CatalystSDC learning about forensic anthropology and having a go at reconstructing a face, working from the skull and then adding each of the muscles. It was really hard though!
