@MasuMioshi if you give companies an inch they'll start taking miles, that is just facts. every game that lazily slaps on some AI slop for it's assets in game need to be called out, every single time. video games are an artform and the more AI slop in them the less you can call it ART.

@fuyafuyu apparently back during the BETA months ago there was drama over the AI usage being pointed out too. that implies they knew about these things due to beta feedback but still didn't change them.

@pookieraju for one a single random interview nobody really saw isn't enough to consider they were openly public about AI use (openly public is main site level stuff) Multiple of the AI images are core assets in the game not placeholder. they knew of AI issues months prior via BETA feedback

NTE Drama Discussion: Lets say they used AI, that doesn't take away the thousands of hours of enjoyment people have had with the game in the last week. This entire narrative that the game is bad now because AI usage was discovered feels like virtue signaling. Are we now suppose to pretend we never liked the game or that the quality of it was bad the entire time? This rampant hate towards anything AI is indirectly causing people that once hated AI to become Pro-AI. Cause this entire conversation just feels like a nothing burger of internet brownie points to say "SEE I HATE AI TOO"

It's kinda funny when the trending thing from X understands the situation better than some sites lol Some LADS players loves to sell it as wholesome romance, yet conveniently ignores all the half-naked guys and visible boners. I have zero issue with it — honestly glad a game like this finally got mainstream success for the starving target audience. But the double standards are ridiculous. People happily play the same level of degeneracy, then feel entitled to bash other games aimed at a different audience. Snowbreak will be your badge of honor, and proof that yeah, maybe this vile part of the fandom wanted something different from "equality" when clearly they enjoy something AS lewd... Hypocrisy really is a bitch.

@denpafish if they're bluetooth compatible then you could just connect to the pc directly if your PC has wireless/bluetooth. but if it's just a RF wireless keyboard and mouse then you really need that 2.4ghz usb dongle

@YearsOfMidna yeah this can happen since the pin locking mechanism isn't that strong, so the thermal paste's suction or dried up bond can pull it right out of the socket. as long as you removed the heatsink carefully off usually the pins are fine.
